Dash Insights Overview

The Overview Dashboard is a window into all your Foley programs and provides a quick look into where your attention is needed.

Compliance Score Card

• Your Compliance Score is based on your Foley programs and the alerts related to those programs. Action alerts to improve your score.
• The Peer Average gives you a view into how you're doing compared to other Foley customers similar to your size.
• Click the "...Employee have compliance alerts" link to see a list of employees who have alerts that impact your compliance.
• Click the Alert Facts numbers to see a filtered view of your Alerts Dashboard

Candidate Onboarding Insights

• The Hiring Pipeline shows you in which stages you have in-progress candidates. Click on a card to see a filtered view of candidates in that stage.
• Time to Hire tells you how long (in days) it takes to get a candidate from creation to hired on average. You also have a comparison here to see how you're doing compared to other companies of a similar size.
• Hire Rate is the percentage of candidates you hired compared to the total number you make a decision on (hire or reject). It's a good indicator of the quality of candidates being screened.
