Navigator: Your built-in AI guide in Foley

Meet Navigator

Navigator helps you get clarity on compliance and hiring questions—right inside Dash—by explaining requirements in plain language and suggesting practical next steps.

  • Understand requirements (required vs. recommended)
  • Get context when something flags or feels unfamiliar
  • Move faster without digging through docs or waiting on training
Heads up: Navigator can’t read your account data, so prompts should be general and informational.
It can’t see your driver files, alerts, invoices, or settings. Ask general “how does this work?” or “what’s required?” questions.
Also: Navigator can’t complete tasks for you.
It won’t click buttons or submit changes, but it can guide you through the steps and tell you what to do next. It's designed to help you find your way around the Foley Dash platform, and assist with in-the-moment questions without requiring you to tab-hop or open another program.

Privacy & security
Please don’t enter personal identifying information (PII) into Navigator (examples: SSNs, DOBs, full addresses, license numbers). Navigator is designed for guidance and is built with guardrails to help prevent sensitive data from being collected. If you accidentally include sensitive info, start a new chat and contact Support if you need help.
Examples of PII to avoid: Social Security numbers, dates of birth, driver’s license numbers, full home addresses, medical details.

Helpful tips:

Do

  • Ask in plain English (or Spanish)
  • Request a checklist, steps, or a summary
  • Ask follow-ups (“what’s required vs. recommended?”)
  • Keep it general (no company-specific data)

Don’t

  • Paste sensitive info (SSNs, DOB, full addresses)
  • Ask “which of my drivers/candidates…” (it can’t see your account yet)
  • Use it as legal advice

When to contact Foley Support instead
If you need account-specific help (permissions, settings, alerts not clearing, where to find something in Dash), Support is the fastest path.
