- A Self-Collector is identified and undergoes training qualification
- Training is available directly through Quest. Users are required to complete the training and take an online exam. The lesson and exam can take anywhere from 15 to 20 minutes. Once completed, the user is issued a certificate to print out as proof of qualification.
- Oral Fluid test kits are ordered by Foley and sent to respective locations.
- Self-Collector uses collection test kit stock to administer test.
- Collector completes paper custody and control form.
- Collector sends sample with form to the lab.
- Specimen is processed, lab results are returned to Foley,
- Foley Medical Review Office signs off on the results , and the test results are displayed in the platform.
