Drug Program Reports in Dash

Downloadable reports related to your drug programs can be found in the Program Actions. 

For any report downloaded in your Drug Program, you can download them from your Inbox on the top right of the screen.

1. Request the report you’d like to download
2. When your report is ready, the Inbox will let you know
3. Click the Inbox, then click on the report
   • Look for the Inbox icon in the blue header on the top right of Dash

   • 

Random Selections Report

The Random Selections report will show you the random selections for a given selection period and the status of those tests.

1. From the Program Actions menu, choose Export Random Selections
2. Select the period for which you want to export selections and the Program Type (drug-free workplace or DOT) if applicable.
3. Click Request Report

Drug Screening Results Report

Get your drug test results in Excel form with the Drug Screening Results report. If you have multiple accounts in your hierarchy, you’ll also be able to export for your sub-accounts at the same time.

1. Select Export Drug Screening Results from the Program Actions menu
2. Choose a date range and whether you would like to include sub-accounts
3. Click Request Report

Download Driver Cards

Driver Cards can be downloaded and printed for your drivers to keep on hand as proof of enrollment in a DOT-compliant drug program. They also contain useful information about post-accident drug testing and helpline information.

1. Select Download Driver Cards from the Program Actions menu
2. The generated PDF will contain one driver card per page
