The Dash Drug Program is your home for managing all your drug program tasks. You’ll find insights here into alerts, enrollments, and progress on your randoms testing (if your account is in a managed pool).
To Order View
The To Order view on the Orders tab will show you a list of tests needing to be ordered. Your Random Selections, Follow-Up Tests, and Return-to-Duty tests will appear here.
- Click the Order Test button to order a test
- The Order Screens flow will slide in to walk you through the order
- All the options for the test will be preset for you. Just pick a site or have the employee choose one.
- Once the order is placed, the test event will move to your In Progress view.
In Progress View
On the In Progress view, you will find all drug tests from your account that are in progress.
- Click on a row to see the details of that test
- From the slide-in, you’ll be able to
- View and print the Random Selection Notification for random drug and alcohol tests
- See on which step the test is currently on
- For Alcohol tests, click the ellipses menu to upload a result
- Upload a custody and control form and we’ll take care of the rest or reach out for clarification
Results View
You will find all drug test results, regardless of where in Dash they were ordered, on the Results tab. This list goes back to January of the previous year; for example, if today is March 1, 2087, you will see drug tests dating back to January of 2086.
- The list shows you a summary of the results
- Use the ellipses menu to see the MRO report
- Click on a row to see more details about a test
