Configure Job Settings in Dash

Before adding a job or posting, follow these steps to configure the job settings on the Settings page.

In Dash:

  1. Navigate to Settings – Jobs

Referral Site

  1. Select the Referral Sites tab
  2. Turn on/off preferred Referral Sites. This will enable links on job postings that, when used, will allow clients to see from which job board a specific candidate arrived at the application.

Rejection Reasons

  1. Select the Rejection Reasons tab
  2. Add any custom rejection reasons required.

Hiring Locations

This step is required before a job posting can be added.

  1. Select the Hiring Locations tab
  2. Add hiring locations.

Background Check Packages

If your client has background check packages configured in 360:

  1. Select the Packages tab (this tab only shows for users who come to Dash through 360).
  2. Under Configure Account
    1. Select a profile
    2. Select the package that applies to jobs in that profile
    3. Click Save Configuration
